Client Service Associate II
As the Client Service Associate II at Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors, Hannah serves as the main point of contact for incoming communications from both clients and prospects. She collaborates closely with the investment, operations, and trading teams to ensure that client onboarding is a seamless process and that service needs are effectively met. This includes managing operational and administrative functions for client related requests such as scholarship check requests, portfolio rebalances, distributions, and trading logistics. She also plays a key role in maintaining and updating investment and analytics databases to ensure that investors, consultants, and managers make data-driven decisions using our resources.
Hannah’s expertise extends to managing marketing efforts particularly for brand campaigns, website design and enhancement, and quarterly investment materials. She also maintains our customer relationship management systems as the in-house expert to ensure all campaigns, contacts, pipelines, and notes are documented properly. This includes troubleshooting and training other team members.
Hannah joined Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors in 2023 as the Marketing and Client Service Associate where she gained valuable insight that laid the groundwork for her passion in client service. In March of 2025, she was promoted to Client Service Associate II. She graduated with honors from Salem State University, holding a BBA in Marketing and Minor in User Interface and Design. Additionally, Hannah holds a Series 7 FINRA license.
