Thomas Duffy

Thom joined the Order in 2015 to lead sales and marketing efforts and to assist in administering the organization’s growth. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer for the Archdiocese of Washington (D.C.) with responsibility for the investment, real estate, risk management, human resources, information technology, and finance functions. Thom also served in senior management roles at Bank of America where he earned a U.S. patent, UBS/PaineWebber, and Prudential Investments. Thom received a BS from Boston College in Finance and Marketing, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in strategic planning and quantitative analysis.

Thom has served in a variety of community leadership roles including board positions for multiple Catholic organizations, and has spoken nationally on financial issues faced by Catholic cemeteries and Catholic school finances.

Thom holds a Series 7 and 66 Securities License.
