WHAT MAKES OUR CATHOLIC INVESTMENTS DIFFERENT

Part of the World’s Largest Catholic Fraternal Organization

As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Knights of Columbus, we are part of a well-known organization with established financial stability. The investment strategies offered by Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors are modeled after the same investment strategies pursued on behalf of the Knights of Columbus general account and socially responsible investing principles that are important to catholic investors.

ALIGNED CATHOLIC INTERESTS AND INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS

We have a strong affinity within the Catholic Church and, therefore, share the same values and beliefs as Catholic investors. Unlike other investment advisors, being Catholic is part of everything we do. It is reflected in our investment philosophy, our investment strategy and approach and our desire to do well for our clients. What’s more, profits earned by Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors go back to the Knights of Columbus organization, a portion of which further funds Catholic initiatives.

Value with Values

By leveraging the buying power of a $25 billion organization, fees can be reduced, which can help increase the overall return to our clients. We believe we offer “value with values”, providing high-quality, low-cost services designed to meet your needs.

†† The net expense ratio presented represents the Fund’s Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses After Fee Reductions and/or Expense Reimbursements. Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors LLC has contractually agreed to waive fees and reimburse expenses to the extent necessary to keep Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses (excluding interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, acquired fund fees and expenses and extraordinary expenses (collectively, “excluded expenses”)) from exceeding the percentage of the Fund’s Institutional Shares’ average daily net assets presented in the table until February 28, 2020 (the “contractual expense limit”); fee waivers are contractual and in effect until February 28, 2021 for the Real Estate Fund. In addition, if at any point Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses (not including excluded expenses) are below the contractual expense limit, the Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors LLC may receive from a Fund the difference between the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses (not including excluded expenses) and the contractual expense limit to recover all or a portion of its prior fee waivers or expense reimbursements made during the preceding three year period during which this agreement was in place. This agreement may be terminated: (i) by the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), for any reason at any time; or (ii) by Knights of Columbus Asset Advisors LLC, upon ninety (90) days’ prior written notice to the Trust, effective as of the close of business on February 28, 2020; February 28, 2021 for the Real Estate Fund.
